Atlas does not sell your information. It is shared only with suppliers needed to operate the website and email handling, including hosting and email infrastructure and Resend for delivering contact-form messages.

Appropriate processing and security arrangements are made with suppliers. Resend may process email content, addresses and delivery data to send the message.

Some technical suppliers may process information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Atlas uses these suppliers only when a valid transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards are available, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

A standalone enquiry is generally kept for no more than 12 months after the last substantive contact. If a customer relationship begins, information may be retained longer to perform agreements and comply with statutory administration and retention obligations.

Technical suppliers may apply their own contractually defined retention periods for security and delivery logs.

Atlas applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. The Resend API key is stored only as a protected server secret and is not visible in the contact form or the website code delivered to visitors.

Atlas does not currently use advertising, marketing or tracking cookies or visitor analytics on this website. The hosting or access environment may use strictly necessary technical cookies for security and operation. If Atlas later adds non-essential cookies or analytics, this notice will be updated and prior consent will be requested where required.

You may ask Atlas to access, correct or delete your personal information. You may also object to processing, request restriction or—where applicable—request data portability. Email info@atlascontinuity.nl. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity.

You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

This notice may be updated when the website or services change. The latest version will always be available on this page. Questions can be sent to info@atlascontinuity.nl.
